Our Benefits Program, is a system that allows each employee to customize their benefits according to their personal needs. This system has been regularly implemented in our company since 2016. In the past, we collaborated with different companies for the portal, but in 2019, we developed a new user-friendly portal tailored to our requirements and needs, which has been enhanced and made available for use.
Our Benefits Portal is opened for electronic selection by our employees at specific intervals. The benefits available for selection, according to individual preferences, include health insurance for themselves and their families, multi-purpose shopping vouchers, technology store gift cards, gym memberships, and online shopping options.
