Cyber threats and attacks have also changed with the transfer of data to the digital environment, and cyber-attacks, which were carried out by simpler methods and individuals with certain competence in the past, have now become more frequent, complex and destructive at the state level. Protecting the country's data and digital infrastructure has become as important as protecting the country's borders. At this point, the Public and Private Sectors and Defense Industry have a great responsibility.
In this context, we are developing a comprehensive strategy that includes reducing foreign dependency, creating local communication infrastructures, adopting on-premise installation and keeping data domestically, as well as web and cloud service options in order to protect against the effects of digital embargoes by encouraging innovation and R&D activities of local technology companies.
