Close monitoring of technological developments in the world, prediction of future positioning from today, continuous studies in the field of determining science and technology policies are the main activity fields of technology management. Proper management of technology ensures high efficiency and quality in the delivery of products and services to the market and increases the value of these products and services to customers.
HAVELSAN Technology Taxonomy
The Secretariat of Defense Industries (SDI) Technology Taxonomy was used as a reference to create the HAVELSAN Technology Taxonomy. The taxonomy created due to the differences in the application areas of our Vice Presidencies is updated and used to cover all application areas on the basis of VP.
HAVELSAN Technology Asset Library
We keep all components produced in the course of our core activities that are subject to reuse in our Technology Asset Library and use them in appropriate projects to reduce software costs and development cycle time, and to improve software quality and productivity.
HAVELSAN Technology Roadmap
The Technology Roadmap is our main implementation plan that forms the core of the basic activity plans of all strategic business units. We follow the technologies and competencies that need to be acquired in line with the strategic goals of our company with the Technology Roadmap.
