The registration of businesses engaged in e-commerce activities will be facilitated to ensure they are accessible and to prevent unregistered operations. By enabling citizens to easily access information about real and legal entities involved in e-commerce activities, transparency in this area will be ensured, and the collection and sharing of statistical data that will allow for the monitoring and evaluation of e-commerce development will be facilitated. This includes the registration and notification process, online audit and compliant mechanism, the methodology related to statistics, and the publication process of statistics, as well as the improvement, development, and updating of platforms where registration and notification operations will be conducted, registered sites and statistics will be published and reported, and businesses and consumers can find answers to all their e-commerce-related questions. Integrations with organizations that will provide notifications will also be established.
